Emma Gill
Speech Pathologist/Director
Emma has worked as a Speech Pathologist since 2003, both in the UK and in Australia. She has a wealth of experience working in clinic settings, schools and hospitals with children with developmental delays, learning disabilities, social and emotional challenges, Autism, and feeding difficulties. Emma is a certified DIR/Floortime therapist and has attended training by the STAR Institute for Sensory Processing. Emma has also undertaken postgraduate study in dysphagia and Makaton.
Emma believes that to see results, we need to understand the whole child. She has worked extensively alongside Occupational Therapists and has a deep understanding of how sensory-motor challenges impact a child's speech and language development. Emma is passionate about family centred practice and using a relationship based approach to support clients to meet their communication goals.
